它由配置顶层的端口字段声明，没有 proxy 字段可写，画一排点不了的卡片只会让人以为
是坏了。之前藏掉这块会让面板变空，所以留着；现在「流量去向」那一节顶上来了，
默认入站照样有内容可看——它的流量去向由规则表决定，那一节反而是它唯一相关的部分。

「默认」标记和不给删除本来就有：列表里带 tag，详情里不显示编辑和删除按钮。
